About the role:

You'll support the Group HR & Compliance Manager with audits and compliance activities across corporate and franchise sites. Expect variety, national exposure, and the chance to build your career in a supportive, values-driven team.

Key tasks include:

- Assisting with workplace audits




- Monitoring compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards & WHS
- Preparing reports and supporting implementation of recommendations
- Promoting accountability and fairness across the business
