Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

About the role

We're looking for a Maximo Planning Specialist with strong Maximo experience and exceptional analytical skills to help improve how critical inspections, maintenance and dam safety activities are planned across GMW's 23 water storages. You will play a key role in ensuring tasks are consistently defined, accurately represented and effectively planned. You will also identify opportunities to improve data quality and system performance, standardise planning processes, and provide insights that support safe, compliant and efficient asset management. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our enterprise asset management system.

What you'll bring

You'll have:

- Demonstrated experience using IBM Maximo or a similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, solve problems and improve processes.
- Experience in maintenance planning,



asset management or a similar technical environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
