Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW), Australia’s largest rural water corporation, plays a pivotal role in the storage, management and delivery of water across most of northern Victoria.

As the Manager Storage Operations North, you will be responsible for leading efficient and affordable water harvesting and storage services, including complementary services for a diverse customer base. This position presents a unique opportunity to lead a substantial operation in partnership with the MDBA, encompassing 8 water storages, including the largest dam in Victoria, and more than 100,000 hectares of public land surrounding the storages. Locations include the following;

- Buffalo
- Dartmouth
- Mildura
- Torrumbarry
- Yarrawonga

The complementary services portfolio in this area includes caravan parks, public boat ramps, agricultural licences and community/club licences. You will be instrumental in making sustainable decisions that prioritise efficiency, financial stability and asset management. Importantly, your strong operational leadership experience, together with your comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and commercial aspects of running large storages combine with complementary services, will enable you to succeed in this role. Your experience leading geographically dispersed workforces, combined with strong safety and risk management skills and emergency response and preparedness experience, will enable you to add value to the business.
