This is an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to step into leadership, or an existing Assistant Service Manager looking for a current challenge with genuine career progression. The Role
You will play a key part in the daily operation of our service department by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supporting the management team.
- Managing customer enquiries and service bookings.
- Following up Work in Progress and keeping customers informed.
- Working closely with technicians and workshop control.
- Assisting with customer concerns and escalations.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise workshop sales and efficiency.
- Helping lead and develop the front counter team.
About You You have
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A desire to develop your career and become a leader within the automotive industry.
