AnglicareSA is recruiting a Case Worker to provide strengths-based case management and outreach for newly arrived young people and their families at Elizabeth, SA. The role requires flexibility, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to safety and wellbeing. You will work with schools, service providers and families to deliver wraparound support, with KM reimbursement for client meetings. This is a 0.5 FTE, fixed-term contract until end of June 2027.
