About the Role

As a Youth Worker, you will:

- Provide tailored, therapeutic support to young people

- Assist with daily living activities, community participation, and enhancing quality of life.

- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and stakeholders.

- Follow organisational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

- Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and commitment in your support approach.





- Commit to regular and flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who thrives on a challenge

- Previous experience in youth work, disability support, aged care, or nursing.

- Robust interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills.

- Ability to support individuals with complex needs and behaviours.

- Understanding of positive behaviour support strategies.

- Professional boundaries and a commitment to quality care.

- Ability to complete documentation and reporting as required.

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Valid Driver’s Licence & Reliable Transport

- Medication Endorsement (preferred)

- Certificate in the community services sector (preferred)
