Breight Group, is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a key project in Karratha, WA. This is more than just a project role. While the role is initially project-based, high-performing people will have the chance to continue on future projects as they become available.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and supervising electrical teams on site.




- Planning and coordinating labour, equipment and materials.
- Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Working closely with project leadership to achieve project milestones and delivery targets.
- Coaching and developing your team to create a positive, high-performing culture.

About You

- WA Electrical Licence
- Current CPR/LVR (within 12 months)
- Current First Aid (within 3 years)
- Construction White Card
- Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Perth point of hire
