We are hiring for one of our clients in Sydney for an exciting Sr. Storage Engineer opportunity. If you have strong experience managing enterprise storage infrastructure and data protection environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, and support the operational requirements of storage infrastructure and data protection systems, ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Implement and administer new storage infrastructure installations,



including firmware and software upgrades for the supported systems.
- Perform data recovery activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Carry out backup tapes management (keeping records of all archived backups for tracking and recovery).
- Monitor and report on capacity usage, analyse relevant documentation, and contribute to IT support process and policy development.
- Ensure adherence to security requirements, processes, and procedures, delivering high-quality IT support services that meet regulatory and technical standards.
