Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager sought to partner with Australian manufacturing operations (circa 800 employees). Lead one direct report and advise General Managers and site leaders across 14 sites.

Drive workforce design, change execution and capability lift while shaping P&C; in a restructure and sizing program. The role is Melbourne or Sydney based with four to five days on site and quarterly travel to SA, NSW and WA.
