Absolutely. Given what I know about Alain's group, I'd position this as a senior operational Head Chef role rather than just another venue chef. The right person will enjoy solving problems, mentoring teams and lifting standards across multiple sites.

No two weeks will be the same.

One week you might be setting up a recent kitchen, the next reorganising a brigade, assisting with a major function, implementing new systems or mentoring a team to improve consistency and performance.

- Genuine career progression
- Work directly with an experienced Executive Head Chef

- Autonomy to make a real impact
- Supportive leadership team

This role is ideal for someone who...

Gets bored working in the same kitchen every day.

Loves fixing operational problems.

Enjoys coaching chefs.

Wants to influence multiple venues rather than just one.

Takes pride in creating systems that last.

If you're ready for your next challenge and want to help shape the future of a growing hospitality group, we'd love to hear from you.
