People8 is partnering with a leading commercial mechanical services contractor to recruit two Estimators as the business continues to grow across Melbourne.

Whether you're an Estimator looking to take the next step in your career or an experienced Senior Estimator ready to lead the pre-construction process on complex projects, this is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of Design & Construct HVAC work.

You’ll be involved in pricing a diverse range of commercial mechanical services projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop competitive tenders and contribute to successful project delivery.

- Total Remuneration Package up to $150,000
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial mechanical services estimating
- Experience with fit-out and refurbishment projects preferred




- Total Remuneration Package up to $200,000
- Minimum 5 years' estimating experience within commercial mechanical services
- Data centre project experience highly regarded
