The Chance

The firm is looking for an up-and-coming Associate Adviser who is eager to elevate their career by learning alongside well-respected industry veterans. To facilitate the firm’s growth, you will be a conduit between existing Advisers and the support teams. This role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the client's advice journey.

The Role

- Support Senior Advisers with ongoing management of client affairs, including maintenance, strategy preparation,



and progress reporting.
- Work in conjunction with Client Service Officers to tailor SOAs and ROAs for clients, reviewing final documents for quality.
- Attend client meetings alongside Advisers, for the purpose of your development and to build your knowledge across complex strategies

About you:

- Prior experience in an Associate Adviser or similar role
- Related degree, with clear progression toward FASEA-aligned qualifications
- Strong technical acumen, high attention to detail and proactive in approach
- Strategic in your thinking coupled with a commercial mindset
- Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products
- Be genuinely passionate and driven to succeed in this industry with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
