YMCA Caloundra is seeking a dedicated Gymnastics Competitive Leader for a permanent part-time position in Caloundra. You will develop and coordinate the centre's competitive program, supervise coaches, and coach classes, with some administrative duties.
You will lead progressive gymnastics coaching, maintain safety standards, and support staff coordination. Weekend competitions are part of the Comp Season, with opportunities for professional development within a friendly Y setting.
