With continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, the business is expanding its local team and is looking for a technically minded Parts Interpreter to support customers, manage spare parts enquiries, and play a key role in the after-sales function.

Job Description

- Interpret and identify spare parts using technical manuals and parts catalogues
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Provide technical product support and after-sales assistance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Support inventory and stock-related activities where required
- Assist customers in identifying the correct components for their application
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this position,



you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or Parts Advisor
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in technical products
- Experience working with technical manuals, parts diagrams or catalogues
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- The ability to learn new products and industries quickly
