Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Design,customise, and deliver training materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Identify learner strengths, development areas, and progression goals.
- Monitor participation and learning outcomes, providing support where required.
- Maintain accurate learner records and relevant documentation.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of training programs and resources.
- Foster positive and skilled relationships with learners and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all training activities are delivered in line withorganisationalstandards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or currently working towards obtaining this qualification.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training, workshops, education programs, or facilitated learning activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire, engage, and support learners from a range of backgrounds.
- Experience creating or adapting learning materials and training resources.
- Strongorganisationalskills with the ability to manage documentation and competing priorities.
- Commitment to inclusive, supportive, and learner-focused practices.
