About the role

Reece is experiencing growth in the Northern Territory and offering multiple exciting opportunities for new Assistant Managers across our HVAC and Irrigation & Pools branches in Berrimah! You will be operational and leadership focused with a robust commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have strong retail experience in either a senior or leadership position and can manage a team to reach sales targets, and help plumbers, other tradespeople, access the products they need.

As the 2IC, you’ll be the right hand to the Branch Manager, helping to drive operational excellence, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading from the front – motivating and mentoring a team of passionate team members.

Driving sales performance – supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, managing stock, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Customer first – building strong relationships with construction professionals, project managers, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.





Problem-solving – thinking on your feet to resolve challenges and keep things moving.

Safety & compliance – ensuring the branch operates safely and in line with Reece standards.
