Maddington Toyota is seeking an organised Vehicle Administrator to join our busy Fleet Administration Team at the Pre Delivery Centre in Maddington. You will manage administration for recent fleet vehicles, handle paperwork and data entry, and ensure excellent stakeholder satisfaction.
You will liaise across departments, process deals and licenses, and support Fleet Account Managers with licensing forms, driving back-office accuracy and timely delivery of paperwork.
