Are you an experienced Vet Nurse who loves helping pets and supporting clients, but is looking for a role you can do from home?

At Greencross Client Services, our team of qualified Vet Nurses are the first point of contact for many pet owners, providing professional advice, triage support, appointment bookings, and exceptional customer care on behalf of Greencross clinics across Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to use your clinical knowledge in a rewarding role that combines patient advocacy, customer service, and veterinary support, all from the comfort of your home.

You will play an significant role in helping pets access timely care while being supported by a cooperative team of experienced veterinary professionals.

About The Role

- Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
- Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
- Support Greencross clinics nationwide
- Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
- Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia. For Sydney-based team members, our North Ryde Support Office is available should you wish to work from the office.

All equipment is provided. You will simply need a reliable internet connection, an ergonomic workstation, and a quiet workspace.

Part-Time Fixed-Term Position A

25 hours per week | 12-Month Contract

Rostered Hours (Fixed)

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 1:30pm (AEST/AEDT)
- Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
- Friday and Sunday: Not rostered

Remuneration: $32.70 per hour

Due to operational requirements, applicants must be available to work the rostered days and hours outlined above.

Part-Time Fixed-Term Position B

20 hours per week | 12-Month Contract





Rostered Hours (Fixed)

- Monday and Tuesday: 8:30am to 1:30pm (AEST/AEDT)
- Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00am to 2:00pm
- Friday to Sunday: Not rostered

Remuneration: $32.70 per hour

Due to operational requirements, applicants must be available to work the rostered days and hours outlined above.

Part-Time Fixed-Term Position C

20 hours per week | 12-Month Contract

Rostered Hours (Fixed)

- Monday to Friday: 2:00pm to 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT)
- Saturday and Sunday: Not rostered

Remuneration: $32.70 per hour

Due to operational requirements, applicants must be available to work the rostered days and hours outlined above.

Casual Position

We're also seeking an experienced Vet Nurse for a true casual role to provide leave coverage across our Client Services Team.

The successful candidate will ideally have broad availability, including Saturdays, and be comfortable covering both planned and unplanned leave as required.

Remuneration: $32.70 per hour plus loading

About You

- Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Has a minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
- Is clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure
- Is confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
- Has experience using RxWorks
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Can follow detailed processes and procedures
- Works well independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team
- Has strong communication skills and genuinely enjoys helping pet owners
