Your Role as a Graduate Software Developer

As a Graduate Software Developer working in Research & Development (R&D;), you will be working with some of the best minds in Tech to revolutionise the ERP Software space and create insanely great, market-leading solutions that delight, amaze and transform our customers’ business. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across our full product suite, used by thousands of organisations across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and beyond.

If you’re from outside Greater Brisbane area, you’ll need to relocate.

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Software Developer

- Develop a deep and ‘hands on’ understanding of the products features, functions, design and architecture to develop amazing code
- Perform analysis on business problems to develop smart solutions that make life simple for our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Learn about your role and the broader organisation
- Engage in team bonding activities
- Make an impact to the community by volunteering your time
- Participate in TechnologyOne annual events such as Hack Day and Marvel Awards
- Grow your career and skillset under the guidance of a high‑performing, collaborative team

Your Talents

You’ve recently completed or are graduating by December 2026 with your Bachelors, Masters, or PhD. Alternatively, you have graduated in the last few years and have been working in another industry and are keen to make the shift to TechOne

- Customer centric – you’re a customer advocate and know what it takes to deliver a compelling customer experience
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritise and manage time effectively
- You are a solid communicator; your communication skills are second to none and you’re at your best when talking to customers.
