Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to oversee day-to-day reactive maintenance, preventative work, and coordinate contractors to keep our aged care community secure and efficient. In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, perform regular site checks, record tasks, and support a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritise repairs and improvements within budget, uphold Palm
