About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused experienced Traffic Management Designer to join our Northern Territory operations. You’ll be responsible for developing and designing Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes to support roadwork and construction activities, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and the safety of workers and the public.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant legislation, standards and site requirements
- Review and amend plans to suit changing site conditions and project requirements
- Liaise with crew members, supervisors and project teams to support safe implementation of designs
- Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards within traffic management layouts
- Ensure all documentation, drawings and records are completed accurately and to a high standard




- Maintain high standards of communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Skills and Attributes

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong understanding of traffic management principles and safe work practices
- Commitment to safety and professional conduct
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Experience

- Construction White Card.
- Current Driver License (Manual preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in traffic management planning or design
- Willing to work remotely and on weekends as required.
