Darwin Vet Hospital - staff and animals being cared for

Darwin Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Vet Nurse to join our friendly team.

Our long established, locally owned Small Animal Veterinary Hospital is fully air conditioned, spacious and well equipped, with 2 dedicated operating theatres, a large prep room, in-clinic pathology, digital radiography and ultrasound. We have a diverse case load and a specialist who works with us every 2nd month, doing both soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries. We also see a wide variety of wildlife and work closely with the local wildlife rescue groups.

We are a small team of vibrant fun nurses and vets who enjoy supporting each other as we work through our surgical procedures for the day. We also enjoy regular staff lunches and snacking sessions so we will be sure to keep you full!

What we’re looking for:

- Experienced Vet Nurse, with at least 2 years of experience.



If you are qualified that’s a bonus! If you are in the process of studying, we are happy to assist you in your studies.
