Smokemart & Gift Box Katherine is seeking an Assistant Manager (2IC) to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, drive customer service excellence and help achieve store goals.
You will lead, coach and motivate frontline staff, manage inventory, ensure health and safety standards, and maintain a welcoming store environment for our valued customers. This is a hands-on role in a rapid-paced retail setting, requiring energy and reliability.
