Toll People are recruiting a Customer Care Consultant for a large national trade warehouse. This role is initially a fulltime ongoing casual position with a view to permanency.
We seek dynamic people with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace. Key duties include assisting customers by phone, email and in person, recommending products to match needs, informing customers of recent ranges and ensuring requests are actioned promptly within deadlines.
