Jaymel Airconditioning is proud to introduce a role in our Property & Services Division , focused solely on managing and enhancing our owned assets and internal infrastructure projects .

We're not a contractor-for-hire in this division — you’ll work exclusively on Jaymel’s own properties and assets, regional sites, and development projects. That means no client demands, no rushed jobs just quality work, long-term improvements, and a team that’s invested in the results.

About the Role:

We are seeking versatile and hands-on individuals with a background in civil works, construction, general maintenance , or facility upgrades . You’ll be responsible for a mix of tasks including:

- General Building and maintaining recent and existing facilities
- Civil and groundworks guided by others
- Site improvement and preventative maintenance
- Carry out general Trades Assistant and Handyman tasks




- Support for internal expansion projects across Adelaide Metro and regional locations

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome a range of trade and maintenance experience, including:

- General Builders, Laborer's & Maintenance Technicians
- Civil or Grounds Workers
- Electricians, Plumbers, or Multi-skilled Trades

What We’re Looking For:

- Background in building, construction, maintenance, or civil works
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in building, construction, maintenance, or civil works
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to travel to regional Jaymel sites when required
- Relevant tickets/licenses (e.g. White Card, forklift, machinery tickets, etc.) are a plus
- Ability to work in a team where required
