At Formalux Double Glazed Windows and doors', we are seeking dedicated and skilled fabrication staff to join our team in Neerabup, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of high-quality UPVC windows and doors, as well as Fly screens. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in delivering our products to customers across Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately assemble UPVC window and door components according to company standards and specifications
- Assemble Fly Screens according to company standards and specifications.
- Operate a variety of machinery and tools to complete the manufacturing process
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product integrity
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support efficient operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a fabrication or assembly role within the uPVC windows, doors and Fly screen industry is desirable, but not essential. If you have experience in a similar industry e.g. Aluminium windows,



training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications
- Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and various manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
