The Role

We are currently seeking experienced Roofers to join our dynamic installation team.

Previous experience installing solar mounting systems is highly desirable but not essential. If you have roofing or construction experience and enjoy working outdoors as part of a close-knit team, we will provide on-the-job training to help you develop your skills in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Install solar panel mounting systems on a variety of residential and commercial roof types.
- Safely carry, position and secure solar panels and associated equipment.
- Install roof penetrations and flashing systems while maintaining roof integrity and weatherproofing.
- Read and interpret installation plans and roof layouts.
- Work safely at heights in accordance with Australian Standards and company procedures.




- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite.
- Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members.
- Assist with mentoring apprentices and new team members where appropriate.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve workflow and installation quality.
- Be comfortable using, or willing to learn, our job management software (Simpro).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Previous roofing, construction or trade experience.
- Current Construction Industry White Card.
- Current Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling and working outdoors.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Located in Australia with full working rights.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- If you do not yet hold the below qualifications, we encourage you to apply regardless. We will support the right candidates through ongoing professional development and assistance in obtaining the relevant qualifications.
- Experience installing Solar PV mounting systems.
- Working at Heights certification.
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence.
- Dogging or Rigging tickets.
- First Aid / CPR certification.
- Experience using fall arrest systems and roof safety equipment.
