Our client is seeking a Procurement Officer on a contract basis to join their team in Sydney, NSW. The role will be part of a large Defence Naval Program. We are looking for someone who can commit to 6-12+ months contract with the opportunity to extend.

The Role:

- Experience in a Defence / Naval / Maritime environment
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement outcomes with project delivery needs
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Purchasing and Purchase Orders
- ERP systems

Required:

- Solid stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with MILIS / SAP
- Australian Citizen
- Security Clearance (BASELINE MINIMUM)
- Exposure to complex engineering or technical procurement environments
