About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading and supporting our photography and videography team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our property marketing services, while still having the prospect to stay hand-on behind the camera.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of photographers and videographersManaging workloads and service delivery standardsMaintaining exceptional quality control across photography, video and all other Open2view marketing productsBuilding strong relationships with real estate agents and office ownersIdentifying opportunities for business growth and client retentionAssisting with photography,



videography and other services as requiredMonitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement
About YouYou are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.Ideally, you will have:Previous leadership or team management experienceExperience in real estate photography, videography, media production or a related industryStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellenceThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesA positive, proactive and solutions-focused approachA current full, clean, Australian driver's licence
