Perfect Stranger isseekinga creative, inspiring, and dedicated retail leader to step into theStore Managerrole. The successful candidate willworka Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade.

Responsibilities

- Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a strong floor presence.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to create future leaders.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service expectations.
- Drive sales results and ensure store profitability through cost and productivity management.
- Oversee rostering, budgets, and scheduling to meet business and payroll targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and storeefficiencies.
- Recruit, train, and support team members with clear,honestand constructive feedback.

Skills and Experience

- Robust retail background with hands‑on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
- Warm, enthusiastic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
- Ability to adaptina fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales results.
- Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels
