You’ll lead end-to-end design, conduct research, and mentor designers in a hybrid Sydney setup, shaping scalable experiences using a design system.

The role requires 5+ years designing digital products from discovery to delivery, with robust product thinking and ability to influence decisions through evidence and collaboration.
