Construction Manager – Class 2 Luxury Developments (Tier 2 Builder)

We’re partnering with a highly regarded Sydney-based Tier 2 Builder to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a premium pipeline of Class 2 luxury residential apartment and mixed-use developments across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of construction delivery across a portfolio of luxury residential and mixed-use developments up to $50-100M, including:

- Class 2 luxury residential apartment projects
- Mixed-use luxury residential and retail developments

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors
- Drive programme, cost, quality, and safety outcomes across all projects
- Provide strategic input across procurement, construction methodology, and delivery planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, risk management, and reporting processes
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with company standards, timelines, and financial objectives




- Support business growth, operational improvement, and team development initiatives

Requirements

- Proven experience operating as a Construction Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer/builder environment
- Strong background delivering Class 2 residential apartment or mixed-use developments
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $50M – $100M
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing high-performing construction teams
- Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability
- Strong understanding of programme management, procurement, and construction methodology
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performing workplace
