We are representing a global mining major seeking a high-caliber Senior Commercial Lead for a flagship Capital Projects. This senior, strategic role provides commercial authority over a complex program of works, balancing internal proect delivery management with high-level EPCM partner oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end commercial outcomes and strategy for large-scale brownfield and greenfield mining infrastructure.
- Direct high-value tenders, contract management, variations, and complex claims resolution for capital projects.
- Provide EPCM Oversight, rigorous governance and assurance, acting as the primary commercial conduit between the project and delivery partners to ensure schedule and cost compliance.
- Governance & risk, mitigate commercial exposure and ensure strict compliance within a complex, gated matrix structure.

What You Bring





- Extensive senior commercial experience within Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Process sectors.
- Deep knowledge of standard-form construction/process contracts and the ability to manage sophisticated commercial landscapes.
- Proven ability to challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and lead as a commercial authority in a senior matrix workplace.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar ($100M+) capital infrastructure portfolios.
