Contract
Fixed Term Parental Leave contract, 40 hours per fortnight until 11th April 2027.
Position Description
As the SURC Registered Nurse, you will be a trusted point of contact for patients receiving cancer treatment, providing expert support, education and follow‑up throughout their care journey. Working collaboratively with oncology specialists and multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure patients receive the right care at the right time while delivering the best care experience, every time.
Key Selection Criteria
- Post Graduate Qualification in Cancer Nursing and at least five years' cancer nursing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of cancer nursing practice and Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy.
- Sound clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in education, quality improvement and service development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong multidisciplinary relationships.
