This role demands deep technical expertise in working capital management, commercial acumen, strong analytical capability, disciplined project execution, and proven leadership.

The team fosters an entrepreneurial environment where leaders take on significant responsibility, maintain direct client engagement, and have substantial opportunities to drive practice growth and their own progression.

How You Will Contribute

- Lead live working capital and cash flow optimisation engagements, taking full accountability for project outcomes, quality of analysis, and client satisfaction
- Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis to identify working capital release opportunities, employing data-intensive diagnostics to quantify cash impact, process inefficiencies, and value creation levers
- Develop sophisticated financial models supporting cash flow forecasting, cash conversion cycle (CCC) analysis, working capital benchmarking, and payment term optimisation scenarios
- Build and maintain trusted adviser relationships with CFOs, treasury teams, procurement leaders, and board‑level stakeholders; serve as primary client contact providing strategic counsel and responsive service
- Originate new business opportunities by identifying cross‑sell potential across A&M;'s full suite of corporate finance, restructuring, and operational advisory services
- Present findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to boards, executive teams, and investor groups with clarity and commercial conviction
- Advise on system selection, implementation planning, and configuration of treasury and working capital platforms to enhance visibility and automation
- Develop strategic recommendations on working capital policies, payment term strategies, supplier financing programs, and liquidity optimisation aligned with client's financial objectives
- Advise clients on Payment Terms Reporting requirements and payment practice legislation; apply strong analytical capability to assess compliance exposure and identify commercial optimisation opportunities
- Combine rigorous analytical skills with commercial acumen to translate complex working capital data and regulatory requirements into clear,

actionable recommendations that drive measurable cash impact and business value
