AFCA is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to shape how we deliver in a regulated financial services workplace. You will lead scaled agile practices across digital, technology and operations, hands-on delivery, and design Jira workflows to improve flow and predictability.

This is a 2-year max term contract with flexible, hybrid work arrangements. You’ll coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters, enable cross-functional teams, and partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement and value
