The Hastings in Bowral is seeking a Venue Coordinator to lead daily operations across bar, dining and functions and to deliver memorable events. You will coordinate and execute functions from setup to pack down, lead front-of-house staff, and liaise with clients to turn their event visions into reality while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

RSA certification is required, with a Wednesday to Sunday roster and afternoon/evening finishes supporting a consistent,
