Key responsibilities

- Develop and reformulate products in partnership with senior food technologists, ensuring the concepts meet client specifications
- Manage kitchen, pilot,



and factory trials, reporting on results and adjusting formulations accordingly
- Collaborate with suppliers on ingredient and packaging solutions, driving performance and innovation
- Own product documentation including BOMs, batch sheets, and specifications
- Maintain shelf-life testing and ensure compliance with labelling and safety standards
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of new products

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3years' experience in the food industry, with significant NPD exposure
- Degree in Food Science or Food Technology highly preferred
- Proven track record working with QSR, foodservice, or industrial clients
- Strong knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, and scale-up processes
- High computer literacy, including ERP and FoodWorks software
- Hands-on, practical approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
