Job Description
The role responsibilities:
- Plan and execute data migration activities for the Workday platform.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate data requirements.
- Develop and implement data mapping and transformation strategies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data migration processes to resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with the technology team to align data migration with system configurations.
- Document data migration processes and outcomes for future reference.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Workday Data Migration Lead should have:
- Extensive experience with Workday data migration processes.
- Strong technical expertise in data mapping and transformation.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies related to data migration.
- Solid understanding of data integrity and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
