We're recruiting for two Contracts Administrators to join a well-established commercial builder delivering retail refurbishment and fitout projects across Sydney.
These are site-based positions, with projects located in either the Sydney CBD or Bondi Junction. The roles are available on a contract basis with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you'll be responsible for the commercial administration of multiple retail projects from procurement through to final accounts.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing and issuing subcontract packages
- Procurement of trades and suppliers
- Reviewing and processing subcontractor claims and variations
- Assisting with cost tracking and forecasting
- Managing project documentation and contract administration processes
- Supporting project delivery teams with commercial reporting
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
- Experience working on fitout, refurbishment or commercial building projects
- Construction Management or Quantity Surveying qualifications preferred
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Able to work effectively within a site-based project team
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
