Core Lithium has now reached Final Investment Decision (FID), marking the official restart of the Finniss Lithium Operation and the next phase of growth. As we power back into production, this is an opportunity to play a key role in rebuilding a critical operation at the centre of the global battery supply chain.

As we restart mining at Grants and prepare for underground development at BP33, we are seeking an experienced Site Services Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for managing critical site services and operational support activities across the operation.

While our long-term preference is for the successful candidate to relocate to Darwin and become part of the Finniss team, we understand relocation takes time. An initial FIFO arrangement can be considered while suitable accommodation is secured, with relocation assistance provided.

About the Opportunities

Reporting to the Mining Manager, you will lead a team of two Site Services Technicians and take ownership of a broad range of site services activities that support safe and efficient mining operations.

Initially, the focus will be on supporting the restart of the Grants Open Pit, including management of dewatering systems, water infrastructure, site access roads and operational services that sit outside the scope of our mining contractors.

As underground development commences at BP33, the role will evolve to support both open pit and underground operations,



ensuring site infrastructure, water management systems and operational support services are in place to enable safe and productive mining activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem solving and working closely with operations teams, contractors and technical personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of Site Services Technicians
- Oversee dewatering activities and site water management systems
- Coordinate maintenance of site access roads and general mine infrastructure
- Manage operational services outside contractor scope
- Support both open pit and underground operations with critical site services
- Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Monitor site conditions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with operational planning and site coordination activities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all activities
- Work collaboratively with Mining, Processing, Geology and Survey teams

About You

You are a practical and adaptable mining professional who enjoys working across a broad range of operational activities. You are comfortable leading small teams,



coordinating contractors and finding solutions to operational challenges.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in mining operations, mine services, site services, infrastructure, dewatering or related operational environments
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Exposure to contractor management and coordination
- Strong understanding of safety systems and risk management
- Ability to work across multiple priorities and changing operational requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience in open pit and/or underground mining environments will be highly regarded.

Core Lithium is an ASX-listed resources company focused on the restart of the Finniss Operation near Darwin in the Northern Territory. With open pit mining at the Grants deposit targeted to recommence in May 2026, feeding the site’s existing lithium processing plant, and underground development at BP33 planned later in the year, the operation is entering an significant new phase of production.

As part of this restart, Core Lithium is undertaking a significant recruitment campaign to rebuild the operational workforce across mining and processing. We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who are Darwin-based or interested in relocating to the Northern Territory to join the operation on a residential drive-in/drive-out rosters, with relocation assistance available for suitable candidates.
