Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years experience delivering mission critical projects, to lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects for GLP Gestion. This full-time role is based in Brisbane, QLD, with a hybrid arrangement combining site visits, office collaboration, and flexibility to work from home.

You'll take ownership of planning, coordination, scheduling, and budget management across multiple stakeholders and vendors, leading project teams through every phase of design and construction. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring progress, upholding technical, safety, and regulatory standards, and keeping projects on track from concept to completion.

Beyond core delivery, you'll coordinate procurement and expediting of materials and equipment, oversee logistics and inspections, and stay ahead of risks, issues, and change control before they become roadblocks. You'll also be a key voice in stakeholder communication, reporting on project status and performance,



and championing continuous improvement across our project management practices.

What You'll Bring

- Proven project management expertise, with a track record of planning, executing, and closing complex mission-critical construction or infrastructure projects — ideally within data centres or similar critical facilities.
- Hands-on experience in expediting, ensuring materials, equipment, and services arrive on time to keep project schedules on track.
- Solid logistics management capability, coordinating suppliers, transport, warehousing, and site deliveries within a construction or industrial environment.
- A solid background in inspections, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant building, safety, and technical standards.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline, backed by a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience.
- A demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors, and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with confidence managing timelines, budgets, and project risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing clear reports, project documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software; familiarity with data centre design or operations is highly regarded.
