Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) invites applications for a Senior Ombudsman in its Banking & Finance team. This is a permanent, board-appointed role reporting to the Lead Ombudsman, Banking & Finance, with responsibility for leading and coaching a team of Ombudsman and Adjudicators to ensure independent, fair and consistent decisions for disputes between financial firms and consumers.

The ideal candidate will have relevant legal qualifications and substantial Banking & Finance
