CGC Recruitment is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead a national estimating function for demolition, decommissioning and remediation across Australia. You will stay hands-on in major tenders while developing people and tender strategy.

The role reports to the executive leadership and will manage six estimators across Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, with tenders typically in the $10M-$60M range and a adaptable hybrid working arrangement.
