About Us

FMT (fmtweb.com) is a technology company based in Beverley, South Australia. We design and manufacture fuel management products for Australian and international customers and are developing electric vehicle chargers for the commercial EV market.

We're looking for a reliable permanent full-time team member for product assembly, testing, and warehouse tasks in a small, hands-on workshop environment.

About the Role

The role involves small-batch assembly, testing, and general warehouse support in a varied, hands-on environment. Your day will include assembling and testing electronic products, helping keep stock organised, and preparing products for shipment. There is some soldering, but it is not the primary focus of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and test electronic products in a small workshop environment

- Light soldering and crimping as required

- Use hand and basic power tools safely and accurately

- Assist with warehouse tasks including:

- Stocking and organising shelves

- Picking, packing, and building boxes for shipping

- Prepare products for dispatch

- General workshop and warehouse duties as required





Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in electronics assembly, testing, or hands-on technical work

- Comfortable using hand tools and following work instructions

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Basic computer skills

- Forklift licence (preferred, not required)

- Certificate in Electronics (preferred, not required)
