Casual Chef – Little Bang Brewery Position: Casual Chef Location: Little Bang Brewery, Stepney SA Reports To: Head Chef About Little Bang Brewery Little Bang Brewery is an independent South Australian brewery known for great beer, great food and a laid-back atmosphere. We’re all about creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether they’re dropping in for a casual lunch, a few beers with friends, live music, functions or one of our busy brewery events. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality food with consistency and creativity. About the Role As a Casual Chef, you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards. This role offers flexible hours, a supportive team environment and the chance to work in one of Adelaide’s most unique hospitality venues. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard Assist with daily food preparation and service Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control standards Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements Assist with stock control,
