Job Description
The CCS Senior Solution Architect is responsible for providingstrategic and technical direction for the Customer Care and Billing (CCS)platform. The role ensures that architecture solutions are aligned withbusiness priorities and IT strategies, delivering scalable, secure,cost-effective,
and fit-for-purpose technology outcomes.
This position is pivotal in enabling operational excellence across customerservice and billing functions by designing and guiding the implementation ofintegrated, future-ready CCS solutions. It plays a key role in supporting thetechnology roadmap for CCS, ensuring seamless integration with enterpriseplatforms, and managing technology risks, including technical debt.
The role also drives continuous improvement, fostering collaboration betweeninternal teams and vendors, and ensuring architectural frameworks, standards,and governance are consistently applied to deliver optimal business andcustomer outcomes
