The Chance

We are seeking a Principal – Enterprise Change and Assurance to join the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO).

This role plays a key part in advancing the organisation’s project portfolio strategy and ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered successfully. The Principal – Enterprise Change and Assurance provides leadership in enterprise change, governance and assurance, helping to strengthen delivery capability and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of change management, communications and engagement activities that support the ePMO's strategic initiatives and portfolio objectives.
- Develop and embed change management processes, frameworks and tools that integrate effectively with portfolio planning, governance, and delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with the ePMO Lead to evaluate change and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment, consistency and sustainable outcomes across the organisation.
- Provides trusted advisory to senior leaders, project teams and key stakeholders, providing expert guidance, quality assurance, and support on governance, change, and delivery practices.




- Assess the impact and risk of organisational change, providing practical recommendations and actionable strategies to support successful adoption and minimise disruption.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- Tertiary qualifications with relevant degree and/or combination of related disciplines in project management.
- Significant experience in enterprise change, project governance, assurance, or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks, governance, risk management, and assurance practices.
- Proven ability to influence and advise executives, senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience coaching and supporting project teams to build delivery capability and governance maturity.
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile, Prosci, or equivalent.
