The Opportunity

This role represents a shift from traditional operational leadership to a strategic growth mandate, with accountability for revenue expansion, margin optimisation, and market positioning across key sectors.

The Prospect You will take ownership of sector strategy, client engagement, and commercial performance, leading growth across Transport, Utilities, Resources and Government.

Market Leadership

- Own sector strategy, market mapping, and competitive positioning
- Lead executive-level client engagement and strategic account growth
- Proactively originate opportunities, not just participate in bids
- Increase win rates, improve bid selectivity, and drive margin outcomes
- Build a strong and visible presence across priority sectors

Digital Engineering & Advisory Growth

- Scale digital engineering capability across all sectors
- Drive cross-sell of data, asset intelligence, and optimisation advisory
- Position digital solutions as a key differentiator in major bids
- Increase revenue contribution from higher-margin consulting services




- Shape capability roadmap and align talent to growth strategy

About You

- Proven track record in driving growth within engineering, infrastructure, or advisory environments
- Strong commercial mindset with experience improving revenue, margin, and pipeline performance
- Established network across Transport, Utilities, Resources, or Government sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships at executive level
- Experience scaling digital, advisory, or consulting-led services (highly regarded)
- A strategic leader who can balance growth ambition with delivery discipline
