We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Freight Handler to join our team based at Brisbane Airport. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with consistent daytime hours, offering a great work-life balance.
Pay Rate: $41 per hour
This position is physically demanding and suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced freight environment.
Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading freight from vehicles and aircraft containers.
Sorting, scanning, and preparing freight for dispatch.
Manual handling of cartons, parcels, and freight of varying sizes.
Completing repetitive lifting, carrying, and movement of freight throughout the shift.
Following safe work practices and workplace procedures.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Working efficiently to meet operational deadlines.
About You
Physically fit and capable of intensive manual handling throughout the shift.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Able to work effectively in a team workplace.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Previous warehouse, freight, logistics, or manual handling experience is highly regarded.
Forklift licence is advantageous but not required.
